Our Guarantee
At VSP, we operate on a "No Data, No Fee" guarantee. If we cannot recover your data, you pay nothing for the recovery attempt. This is our commitment to you.
Diagnosis Fees
Initial diagnosis and assessment is always free. If we determine that data recovery is not possible after our assessment, there is no charge.
Recovery Charges
You are only charged when we successfully recover your data and you approve the recovered data. Payment is required before we deliver the recovered data.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel the recovery process before we begin active recovery work, there is no charge. If cancellation occurs after recovery has begun, you may be charged a partial fee based on work completed.
Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods as communicated at the time of service. All payments are processed securely.
