No Data, No Fee — Core Guarantee
VSP India operates on the foundational "No Data, No Fee" guarantee inherited from Virus Solution Provider and applies to all service engagements across India. If we are unable to successfully recover your data through our diagnostic and recovery processes, you shall not be charged for the recovery attempt itself. This guarantee applies across all cities we serve including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Noida, Indore, Assam, and all other locations where we provide services through our free pickup and shipping arrangements. However, this guarantee is subject to the limitations, exclusions, and conditions set forth in this Refund Policy, and by engaging our services you acknowledge that no outcome is guaranteed.
Diagnostic Assessment* — India
All initial diagnostic assessments are subject to our standard diagnostic evaluation charges. During the diagnostic phase, our engineers will examine your device at our ISO-certified laboratory in New Delhi. We will provide you with a written report detailing the nature of the failure and a quotation for the proposed recovery work. If you elect not to proceed with the recovery, your device will be returned to you at no additional cost through our free courier pickup and return service. The free diagnostic assessment includes visual inspection, electronic testing, and preliminary logical analysis, but does not include advanced diagnostic procedures such as cleanroom opening, chip-off analysis, or specialized forensic examination, which may attract additional charges if performed and subsequently declined.
Service Charges and Payment
Charges for data recovery services are applicable only upon successful recovery and your approval. Pricing is determined based on the device type, failure complexity, required recovery techniques, and urgency level, as set forth in the quotation provided after diagnosis. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment is required in full prior to delivery of recovered data. We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, UPI, credit/debit cards, and other digital payment methods as communicated at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel the service without charge prior to the commencement of active recovery work. If cancellation occurs after active recovery work has begun, you may be charged a partial fee based on the work completed, tools consumed, and engineering time invested up to the point of cancellation. We reserve the right to terminate any service engagement immediately if the device has been tampered with by unauthorized parties, contains illegal material, or if you fail to cooperate with our reasonable requests.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee successful recovery in whole or in part, completeness or accuracy of recovered data, or that the recovery process will not cause further damage. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or business interruption.
Dispute Resolution
Any billing disputes must be notified to us in writing within 7 calendar days of the charge. You agree not to initiate chargeback proceedings without first allowing us to resolve the dispute directly. All disputes arising out of or relating to this Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
Refund Processing
Refunds due under this policy will be processed within 15 to 30 business days from confirmation of the refund, using the same payment method as the original transaction. We reserve the right to withhold any refund pending investigation or dispute resolution.
